My commitment to buyers begins with our first contact and continues until the job is done.  My goal is to stay constantly tuned-in to my buyers’ needs, so I can guide them smoothly through the home-purchase process.  By providing my years of market experience, I aim to educate my buyers, empowering them to make sound decisions for themselves without anxiety or pressure.

As your agent, I can offer the following:

  1. •Good communication: I am readily accessible by phone and e-mail.  When beginning the process, it’s important to identify your wants and needs.  We can establish your price range through pre-approval services available from ERA Home Loans, or your own lender.

  2. •Local knowledge: I can provide area tours of the neighborhoods in which you’re interested, as well as information about the community, local schools, and local home values.

  3. •Comprehensive research: I’ll identify the homes that fit your preferences, e-mail you listings, and arrange showings.  I regularly attend broker’s open houses and keep up-to-date with the current inventory. 

  4. •Assistance accomplishing your goals: Once you’ve selected a house, I’ll guide you through the process of submitting your offer, and then negotiate on your behalf to obtain the fairest price and the best terms.

  5. •Attention to detail until closing: I’ll oversee and resolve any contingencies that arise, such as mortgage and home inspection issues.  I’ll meet with appraisers, attend the home inspection, communicate with attorneys, obtain estimates, meet necessary local government requirements, etc.
